Personal
Teaching Philosophy
My teaching method relies upon three pillars :
First - Building students confidence by :
helping students familiarise themselves with all aspects of handling the instrument (posture, hands & articulation)
Support students achieve small but noticeable progress each time they play by preparing structured lessons plans and setting measurable objectives for each teaching session & communicating these objectives upfront to the students
accompany the students in their musical journey by being a partner and creating a fun learning environment.
Second- Helping students acquire strong musical theoretical foundation by
Teaching them solfeggio and asking them to listen to the cords and note down the notes played which will help them improve their ear training and intonation
Learning about the history of the composer's life and what inspired them
Third - Developing students performance ability
listening to professional performers and working with students to replicate and reflect the same phrase
Practice,Practice,Practice!!!
Testing students acquired knowledge and giving students praise for well done job and constructive feedback for areas of improvement.
I would love the opportunity to share my talent with everyone who loves to learn music and playing regardless where is their home.
